@rey2290 if your useing a belt your useing to much wieght for your core to support yourself gonna hurt yourself, but anyway you think that lifting whats comfortable for your lower back to lift to strengthen it is worse then putting tons of weight ontop of your back while its straight basically crushing your disks in your back over time and even more weight with a belt lol thats alot more excessive pressure on your back....

anyways you can keep a light weight with good form and more reps ..... for me is stupid when someone use too much effort to lift the weight , you see the dude squeezing his neck shit out .... thats bad

@coasterforce2 you are the stupid if you compare deadlifts with squats ..... in squats you keep your back straight and you can get extra support with your belt..in the deadlifts you lift the weight with your back....... even if you trainer say that you should lift the weight first with.... then with your.... you will allways keep your back under excessive pressure

@rey2290 how is it the truth..... you stupid man? if your shitting on deadlifts your shitting on squats cause they are both huge multi muscle and stabilizing excerises, what makes deadlifts bad, how they improve the strength of your lower back while improving stabilization of your lower body and working your glutes and hams beautifully...??

These Guys fucking Bash on Every exercise they cant do because they Have Fucked up Backs. one of them said last time his backs hurts him all the time because he injured it lifting a Box or something like that. If he had strength his back it would never had happened. of course you will snap something if you lift 500 w/o foundation. but if you increase weight progressively you will improve your technique and your body will adapt to lifting heavy weights with good form.
