i got his honey rum barbecue baked black beans recipe from my cooking club. Its the best ever. Take out all the drama and enormous ego and its the food that makes him something, not his ridiculous acting and flailing. Remember that Bobby, its your cooking alone, not your senseless ego. Bobby Flay doesn't know anything about a good french fry. The best french fry is at Brasserie Les Halles, a french/american restaurant in New York. They use the best quality cut Idaho potato, blanch them in a fryer with goose/duck fat (not peanut oil) for 8 minutes, then take them out and let it rest for 15 minutes, and then finally place them back into the fryer until the fry is golden and crispy, about two to three minutes.
