Anyway, i wanted to know if you wear anything at night bcuz I know my hair gets really dry and matted if I don't. Only thing is my scarf doesn't seem to work becuz my hair ends up doing the same thing? any suggestions?

@19Fahood88 <<there is no evidence because there are so many different types of hair. This is what has worked best for me. I havent washed my hair with Shampoo in about 5 months. And my hair is soft, lustrous, breakage free, and quite manageable. I know about sebum, & actually its an oil the produced that PREVENTS hair breakage. Most people that say they have alot of sebum are referring to the oiliness of their scalp, and wash their hair with SHAMPOO to rid it.
I recommend cowashing! Try it :-)
