I just span around a bit infront of the camera pointing into the sky and then masked and roto'd out my sholders. Then spead it up a bit.

Hey, Theres a few to many people doing tutorials at the moment and I dont really want to jump on the band wagon. Plus tutorials on youtube are pretty hard to see. But I am happy to help people so if you message me on here ill send you a method for this.
