After Mika drops the journal of Hiro (which is filled with things about Mika), and finds the letter inside.

Um, basically, he says:

Dear Mika,
By the time you're reading this letter, I don't think I'm in that world anymore. For that I'm sorry... I'm really sorry.

I wanted to live my life together with you, but I ended up leaving first. I'm sorry.

I bet right now, you're crying, huh? But, I want you to smile. I want you to think of the happy memories we had, and that will make you happy. From now on, I want to see you enjoy life to the fullest, smiling. I may not have survived my illness, but I'm glad that I've at least met you.

Being with you, spending my time with you, it's made me very happy. I think I was even the happiest person in the world because of you.

That's why, I want you to be happy.

Because, I'll forever be with you. Because if I'm watching you from the sky, I can always see you, Mika.

So, thank you for loving me. I really appreciate it.

Be strong, and live on. I know you can do it.

I'll always love you.

I've watched many dramas (especially the korean ones) which always ends with the protoganist or someone close to him/her gets cancer and there goes the melodrama which I found it really cliche. But koizora is different, the feelings potrayed and the pace of the romance in the show seemed so real and believable...its really very touching T_T
