@gnomechomskylives Agreed, its a sad state of affairs the Republian party has become. We gotta fight to return it to sanity, befor its to late. Ron Paul and Gary Johnsons of the party need more support!

"That was the primary reason why he was killed". Well that's just the most idiotic nonsense I've heard in a while. People will see patterns in everything, thats just psychology, rather then see a more fitting explanation that is a neutral "I dont know".

MLK would have made a great founding father for America. Both his profound understanding of morality and his ability to articulate complex ideas, are rare, but combined in one person is really unique.

James Earl Ray may have been a patsy of sorts. Both Dr King & Malcom X knew corners needed to be turned; even more, what was around these corners. I also feel the end, for both these iconic men, came from closer to home than anyone wants to admit...

Dr. King, as a historical figure, was discussed many times in school. Multiple television spots have been devoted to him. He is discussed and honored repeatedly in the news and by commentators. Despite that, I never saw the above clips, clips speaking out against the Vietnam war, even criticizing American arrogance in foreign policy. It's amazing how the media culture has manufactured an image of Dr. King that doesn't conflict with American militarism.

too bad MLK was not a CFR house boy. he and JFK had real nuts and heart and they (Were Murdered by the ELITE) died for it.
