they dont care about who are down there , they're lying to you when they say clean war , some of those shells explode before reaching land to cause maximum damage to WHO ? ANY humans ! do you understand why civilians are almost the biggest part of war victimes ? (you know there's NO FRONT in the battle showed here).

There's a material that burns on the bottom of the shell which, by releasing hot gasses, reduces the turbulence around the base of the shell, allow it to go further. That burning material is what you're seeing through the night vision. If you want to look it up, go Google "Base-Burn DPICM"
