I'm amazed you don't know of this. There are so many horror stories, it's become common knowledge within the American medical community.
Of course, the United States isn't entirely capitalist. Why else do you think we've degraded as much as we have since the 1930s? We're trying to emulate the European welfare state - which is killing Europe too.

@TheSirPrise Well, defining socialism as "the redistribution of wealth by government policy within a society outside Constitutional bounds" and that the US Constitution really only provides for the military, some courts, and a postal network at the Federal level, anything added to that would be socialism.
But at least we don't have a nationalized healthcare system that euthanizes people on government order.

@Halo4Lyf You do realise that the NHS works along the same lines as the American Police Force, The Fire Brigade, schools and even the military? i.e. people pay taxes for them and everyone gets to use them free of charge and it pays for all of the equipment needed.
That doesn't make the UK 'socialist', were no more socialist than the the US. No wonder you put "That is all" because you're too stupid to come up with a decent explanation.
