i hate WTF TKD its so stupid. why do they focus so little in the hand techniques it gives TKD a bad name. ITF is the real TKD general choi invented it that way not like WTF its a disgrace.

I do admit that this video did not focus any hand techniques at all. But you must realize that they are wearing gear. The chances of knocking someone out with a punch is slim to none compared with heel kicks, axe kicks and etc. Which is the main idea of WTF TKD, to knockout your opponent with dynamic kicking ability and strength.

i heard that they were considering allowing punches to the head gear in WTF TKD is this true?

Yea, i think that might be a possibility its still kind of unsure if they will allow that in WTF TKD.

i train TKD WTF for 11 years and now i am in national team of Croatia...someone say that tkd is stupid sport but i love it very much!!!

I think they should allow full force low kicks. As there does not seem to be much in the low kicks as there is in the high kicks.

@tyebo87its just a fuckin sport. id love to see you in the ring with one of them! im passionate about it it involves alott of foot work and brain activity. you need to know where hes gnna kick and block it with a combat kick. and when i fight i do punch and kick. its funny how you hate it and yet you watch it seriously. my brother won 2010 taekwondo Jr olympic championships. we all love it and if you feel that way then leave your complaints ain't needed here

@HatroVille one week to have an answer lol, in WTF TKD you are allowed to block kick with whatever you want even leg but you can't grab the kick
