  • @sTapleEVA Because everything about the interviewer, from his questions down to his demeanour, prompts what kind of answers the interviewee will give.

    The interviewee could be the most intelligent, most amiable person in the world, but if the interviewer is shit it'll be a bad interview. The interviewer should be judged...
