@BoyneMaiden no its a dumbass idea because the whole point of a wind turbine or wind mill is to create energy not use it. Also windmills turn by the wind hence the name windmill this is a solar fan.

@ZKMX7 yeah, i was thinking the same thing xD i mean, windmills are supposed to genterate electricity, and so are solar panels, so using power to move one isnt really that practical... but i dont see what good comes out from powering solar cells o.O
