To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and it requires 2 conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!

Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!

Well, yeah, if all you read on the subject is Mario Apuzzo, no wonder you believe that. Why don't you cite a recognized constitutional scholar, rather than a garden-variety lawyer who has never been published in a peer-reviewed journal on *any* subject, let alone constitutional issues?

Anyone born on US soil is a natural born citizen, regardless of parentage. The issue was settled over a century ago in Wong Kim Ark. And please don't cite Apuzzo or Donofrio on WKA; cite someone with credentials.
