They help alot. Not sure how much they cost. But they do help alot I recommend you get them

The Factory fog lights are very useful.. i have driven at night with only these on and they would be good enough to see properly. so they definately are not for looks. If you are planning on adding some similar lights to your vehicle, I would suggest hetting something else. I'm sure you can get wayyy brighter aftermarket lights for a similar price.. good luck

It's the 4.0L
The hissing sounds was the idler pulley.. it almost masks the sound of what a 4.0L actually sounds like.

Jeep is well built up now. 3 years later. I have PIAA spotlights mounted at the lower windshield corners.
