  • You just knew you were in for a very special hour. What a great cast! What great writing!!! And, oh, what a wonderful introduction!

  • @303Gregg Leo was a fairly significant character (even getting his own story arcs; trying, and failing, to rehabilitate the drug-addled Rico, his marital problems...he was even present when Phil Esterhaus asses were scatted, when LaRue wasn't). I believe he should've kept the credit, as I fell he brought more to the show than Patsy Mayo ever did (except when they brought her back briefly in the last season). Also, THIS season was Leo's last.

  • HSB was one of the best TV shows of all time But I guess the show was starting to show its age by this season. Characters played by Mimi Kuzyk and Ken Olin came in and quickly left, Olin's character being shot for failing to pay his gambling debts. And how did Robert Hirshfeld merit an opening credit? Ahead of Betty Thomas & Ed Molinaro no less. Leo had always been a minor character. He later lost the opening credit but was still with the show till the end I believe.

  • To me this show was so addictive to watch and yet i was wearing diapers when it was on t.v.

  • @VaultMasterDBT Like his character he was no stranger to the booze either. You pays your money and you takes your choice

  • Yes, but that cancer stick in his mouth is what pretty much killed him..just a little more than three short years after HSB went off the air.

  • Keil Martin never looked so cool
