Until now, it has been a matter of legend how Dave Lazer and his DJ
sidekick Dick Rictor challenged the ancient laws of Tai Bo.

It began with Lazer's new vision of how to invigorate the
cardiovascular system. But the guardians of the old ways and their
evil assassins would stop at nothing to keep Lazer from teaching his
high-voltage workout program to the public. Would his
ultra-compelling, full-body style be enough?
