dude u need to delete your non deformer history in maya then you wont get blemeshs in the textures

how do you add rotational shake with the wigller>?

If you have a 3d camera, you just apply it to it's Z axis (I think. It's one of those axis). You can also just apply the wiggler to the rotation of one of the layers that needs to have it.
