  • Hi Tara! I love your videos (and the book)!! Just a quick question, I have a lot of trouble opening up my hips in warrior 2, what can I do to help increase flexibility in that area, just so that my thigh doesn't tilt when I attempt to open up my hips to face one side?

  • @coonie18 try to make sure the heel of your back foot is behind your toe so your foot is on an angle. . this will make the pose a hip opener and should feel really good too! hope that helps!

  • I'm going through quite a stressful time and I've never tried yoga before but I tried this out as a way of just relaxing my spine and 'opening up the spaces' as you nicely put it. It made me feel so much better even though I couldn't get fully into all of the positions with ease.
