It's me again! I didn't mean to poop on your cream party. I just work on a dairy farm and know seperators, that's all. Jersey milk is so much better for us because of the A2 casein and the beautiful fat content....Mmmmmmmmm!!!! I think I drank like a cup to a pint today so bottoms up! Peace!

Jersey is the best by far, no doubt, but I can tell that the setting on the cream seperator is set to be thick cream. On the seperator you can adjust the thickness to what you want. You can make holstein cream as thick as that if you want or you can make jersey cream as thin as that holstein cream shown.. Don't get me wrong, Jersey is superior by far. I just wanted to point that out to you awesomely beautiful people. Much peace and love!

Great video guys! I was known as a child to drink all the creamers whenever we went out to a restaurant... Maybe there was something too that. I think I'm going to start keeping an eye out for some Jersey cows!
