Go onto level creator, make a balloon, save, enter play mode and grab the balloon until you reach the very top of the level. Or if you do not have a balloon, you can always make a sloped platform going all the way up. I Did do a launching system but i already had the trophy and didnt record it so had to be boring on my friends account, he didnt have any of the stuff unlocked.

id make an air ship, no two ways about it, id have 4 people piloting a huge airship with loads of controls, safety systems and backups, going across dangerous sceneries.

Can't you be a little more creative, like using some sort of crazy launching system or a rocket elevator contained in a shaft? IDK, I just can't wait to get the game and I'm just busy trying to think up creative things to do.
