    Now....school forces the memorization of facts, figures and statistics. Creativity and wonder are stifled as soon as they appear in a child through a regiment of harsh drugs and 'therapy'. Children are readied for the fields, taught to be good little peasants, conditioned to chase the American Scheme rather than the American Dream. If a kid were to bring this into class, they'd almost certainly be expelled or sent to be re-educated in a far-off special school somewhere.

    I love this story...anybody can interpret it their own way... when I have children of my own, I want them to read this story, and see what they learn from it...it has many phylosophical meanings...just like the little prince...I what I want the most for my sons is that ther learn how to think and reason and doubt
