Sorry for all the dumb questions... I have another one. i have a twitter icon image that i resized and saved as a jpeg. in photoshop. Can I insert this into the code? How do i do that?

I did this and it worked. It is linked to my twitter account. Am I to assume that anyone who clicks on this icon is choosing to follow me? Or do I have to do something different in order for that to happen?
