Photoshop Elements 6 Picture in Picture

You asked for it so here it is. I first remove a very busy background, then take the extracted part and add it to another picture as a background.

what is the magic extractor called on the latest version

it didnt worked. when i drag my photo to the background photo i wanted. the thing i draged over just goes under the background picture and not on. and when it did it took the whole picture so the background was gone, whata?

The edges look really jagged when I extract it. I know there is a way to fade it, but how do i do that? Also where did you get the backgrounds? I'm looking for a pack something similar to that.
