Magnificent, luxurious, and splendid

豪華絢爛な城。
goukakenran na shiro.
An elegant castle.

彼女の結婚式は豪華絢爛だった。
kanojo no kekkonshiki wa goukakenran datta.
Her wedding (ceremony) was really splendid.

豊臣秀吉の茶室は豪華絢爛だったと伝えられる。
toyotomi hideyoshi no chashitsu wa goukakenran datta to tsutaerareru.
Toyotomi Hideyoshi's tea room is said to be have been exquisite

This video really isn't for beginners, but the short answer is little by little. You begin with basic kanji, then learn kanji vocabulary (jukugo), and then learn vocabulary based on your interests.

become soft filled up and spread around .絢爛 =gorgeous Now do you understand? it's really hard to tell original meaning of Kanji and you know if you really want to know Kanji's meaning you must consult your dictionary one by one but!!! No one does such useless things because we can remember them as a 四字熟語
