Animation of the skeleton and skull of the theropod dinosaur T. rex revealing the brain, nasal cavity, paranasal air sinuses, and middle ear sinuses. See www.ohio.edu/witmerlab for original QuickTime movies.
maybe . . . but ti just seems to me that it would explain a lot. I dont understand what other advantage the large sinus cavities could have been to this animal!
It WOULD certainly have been a huge advantage from other animals - it could barbequeue whatever it wanted in mere seconds! almost like a modern day microwave . . .
Well.. Maybe.. Though such a creature would surely have a huge edge against normal animals (since animals are instinctively afraid of fire) and would surely have caused the specie to increase massively resulting in finding many fossils of it. Doesnt seem like any fossil found speaks for any fire breathing.
those large green areason the bridge are likely chambers where it made chemicals for combustion and breathing fire. ever wonder why every continent has 'dragon' mythis? perhaps becasue dinos ARE dragons? perhaps some really DID breathe fire?
i'm srry but at like 0:07 that thing doesn't look very threatening . i thinks it because of the eyes aha.
