A defensive positional analysis of my team. It explains basic defensive zone coverage with examples for non-contact leagues... I'm the goalie. E/F beer league division.

Includes higher quality footage, extra footage, and a new music track.

  • Thank you very much!

  • Great video. For a guy like me who has been away from the game for 6 years, this helped a lot. I played a couple drop-in games and was completely clueless as to where I should be. This is one of the only videos I have found on youtube that actually explains the positioning well. Thanks a ton

  • This is excellent. Really appreciate you taking the time to produce this. I've just recently started playing rec hockey and am pretty clueless when it comes to where/how to skate. As a result I'm normally in the way or just irritating the other players so this is really helpful for me, and subsequently probably everyone else who is on the ice with me.

  • Good easy to understand breakdowns. I also think it would help your team to invest on white jerseys, so you could see who is on your team at a quick glance. Not trying to act like a smartass, I am serious. There is no such thing as peripheral vision when everyone has a dark jersey.

  • Good vid

  • What a fantastic video for anyone who plays like this. My team and I look exactly like this. I have forwarded this clip to them hoping that it will give them just a little knowledge on the game. Ill let you know if it works but its a freaken beer league and these players are half cut most of the time.

    Cheers for this clip.

  • WOW, I've been doing it all wrong... No more skating full tilt towards the puck like a dog fetching a stick. Great video for new players, thanks.

  • great video!

  • how did you add the visual effects to the video? ie blue circles around the "winger"?

  • Well produced video. Also breaks down the fundamentals in a manner thats easy to pick up. I've posted the link to my team site.

Please make more- transition game and Offensive zone positional breakdown perhaps
