dude., it's changing now. Have you been in Laos lately?? You must see the changing Laos now. To know what it's really like, you must go there and experience by yourself. Our economy is becoming more capitalism now although it's still socialism.

Actually Laos government is warmly welcome for assistance from outside as long as the organizations really have clearly good wills to help

Laos government never open their heart for other country to go there and invest. This country still look like 30 years ago, i feel bad for all the people of Laos including my relative.
