Problems with Tomtom XL Live with App 9.053 Part 1

Video 1 of 5 : I have uploaded these videos to demonstrate the problems associated with the latest Navcore (9.053) for my TomTom XL Live.

It was working perfectly with Navcore 8.562 as Video 5 will demonstrate.

These videos were uploaded for me to explain to TomTom tech support the exact problems I am experiencing.

Searching for cities is very slow, route planning is slow and key presses are registered intermittently and unreliably.

you wil get probs if you download a lot of things like pic or voice into te tt

I am having be trouble with the same device and the problem is that as soon as i switch it on it fills the line up and goes straight to a dark screen that says tomtom and just stays there it does not start up ot nothing. Please help me with this,

TomTom have released version 9.058. It seems faster than the old version 9.054 or 9.053. Will give it a try tomorrow. Ive also noticed that the ram free is now 23mb compared to 12-13mb on the version 9.053. That's why it might be quicker.

I have the same problem it keeps freezing and restarting by itself exactly like it happened with you.

I replaced it with another new one and still have the same problem. My friend have one as well and he has the same problem. So I beleive this product is faulty and even after spending 3 days doing what they are advicing me to do to fix it but the problem still pressist.

Do not waste your time and money for this product.
