I've made some important changes in my holster making process since I first posted the original 2 part video series. First, I cut my kydex to a more precise size before pressing. Second, I trim it to accomodate the pressing process. Third, I make more measurements before trimming both halves. Fourth, I spend more time sanding. And fifth, I use a rig to make a uniform crease or bend in the shape of the holster.
I hope you use this information to make progress with your holsters.
