First off I'm sorry to hear Six Gun City burned down use to eat lunch there. I have been gone for 3 years and I don't know this cop but has he lost his mind? What's the story why was he trying to lock the gate? If this is how the Tombstone Marshal's office acts these days?

The local magistrate found me guilty of disorderly conduct. We appealed and on August 6, 2010 a Superior Court Judge overturned the verdict and found me not guilty. Here are a couple of quotes from the decision. "The problem arose when the marshal made a highly questionable decision to close and lock the gate, even though nothing in exhibit F directed or even permitted the marshal to close and lock the gate.
