Of course I remember the SDS9. My best friend in high school had one. That was 20 years ago, though. Decent drum brain for the money. I've got a SDSV and plan to make a video for it soon.
You're welcome. I promise to make a video if I ever get or have access to the analog model. I also have a Boss HC-2 and will probably make a video for it as well.
How'd you come up with that idea? Didn't you hear the part with the amazing choir sounds? ;) Zibby, great videos! I love this unit. A lot of versatility in that little box. I'm afraid this upcoming group of "synth" kids need to do their homework a bit more. On one of my Wogglebug videos I was asked what on Earth it could be used for!
Listen, I think you're being condescending. I didn't say it was something stupid, I'm a big fan of vintage analog synths, calling me a "synth kid" is a bit much. I was just asking, because I didn't know there was ever something dedicated to just claps.
Stop being an elitist. I hate coming to a video dedicated to enthusiasts of vintage analog equipment (that are scarce as it is) and finding that people are still unwelcoming and aggressive.

Do you remember the Simmons SDS-9 ?

Just take it easy.
