Here's a thought: In Star Trek: First Contact, Starfleet wanted the Enterprise to patrol the Neutral Zone in case the Romulans took advantage of the Borg invasion. This would've lend a little bit of credence to the idea that Starfleet wanted the Enterprise there because there was some legitimate concern, and not just because they wanted them out of the way. Just a thought.

If you do the very first conversation with Pentara correctly she'll say that one of the "criminals" is her son, Avakar, and that if you return them to her she swears they'll get a fair trial.

Your right about the stardate as its set between the first 2 episodes of Season 7 which were "Descent Part 2" and "Liaisons". I always use to think it was set after "All Good Things..."

Originally this game was suppose to come out in 1992 during the 5th Season but was delayed several times due to problems in development time.
