  • @tyciol Rhomboids, traps (whole muscle), rear delts, teres major and minor, and some lats. Rowing with the elbows lower (as most people do) will use less of all these muscles and more of the lats.

  • Besides rhomboids, this would also hit rear delts and teres major right? Since they are what attach the arm to the scapula?
