Hi my name is Andrew Thompson and I am a Realtor with Century 21. Sun Peaks Resort is located in Beautiful British Columbia Canada. It has been ranked the 2nd best resort in Canada by Conte Nast Magazine (a subscription base of 30,000). This year it hopes to become the second Resort municipality in Canada behind Whistler.
Village Place road has two developments- Timberline Village and Snow Creek Village.
Timberline Village is about 10 years old and has Bachelors suites to 3 bedroom townhouse units on it. Timberline units are known for their generous square footage and proximity to the village, recreational centre, and outdoor skating rink.
Snow Creek Village is also about 10 years old and has bachelor suites to 3 bedroom townhouses units as well. They are known for their lock-off units, 2 bedroom units with shared garages, and proximity to the village, playing field, and out door skating rink.

I am glad you think so. That is what Sun Peaks is trying to achieve - a European feel at western prices.

You should copy the european infrastructure in canada. Just too much american style there.

There is a whole East Village that is yet to be built. Europe Resorts do have great infrastructure if you mean - exercise facilities, big pools etc..
