    I don't see why people say they want to come back to Lowell. All I want to do is leave. There isn't anything for anybody here. It's just a depressing place that has no hope.

    Furthermore, it appears the only person abusing anything or anybody is this agitator w/the grossly inflated sense of his precious 'rights'; the police responded appropriately to citizens' complaints about this situation.

    This guy is an agitator-making trouble where there wasn't any before he showed up w/his cameras! He'll change his tune in a nanosecond when he needs the help and/or protection of our public-safety professionals. The officers are to be commended on their professionalism and restraint; it takes all kinds to make a world, unfortunately!
