How to use codemgr with ocarina (mario kart wii hacking)

how to use the code manager in the pc folder of ocarina for homebrew channel game hacking. the example is a code that works online that gives you unlimited of 1 item.note that the shells and bananas glitch once you use them too much, and all projectile items have a maximum amount of projectiles fired at once. replace the item id with the XX and Y at the bottom of the code. the why is always 1 unless the code says different.
THE "CHAR OFFSET" CODE IS REQUIRED FOR THE ITEM CODE TO WORK

@Mariorocks77777 Try using it on a different OS. You only have the option of that on geckoOS so i would use that instead but it's usually not necessary.
