  • when working with the fresh dogbane, i read that the sap can cause blisters if it comes in contact with the skin. did this happen to you or anyone else? just curious before i start breaking it open and touching it.

  • To braid the permanent cordage, twist one strand clockwise in between your fingers then wrap it counter-clockwise aroud the other strand and repeat. Just made some the other day with yucca leaves.

  • Great cordage vid. One thing I love about the internet is seeing other people do the things I'm into.

  • DAVE= kickass..and cody

  • @hugecumshot you should check out a guy named Ray Mears.

  • sirens in the back ground you must be deep in the woods lol

  • is that a handcuff key I see on the edc? It sure looks like one. If it is do enlighten me to its uses. Or is that one a no brainer for a SHTFS.

  • mascarted deer shit poo poo

  • Could you please identify what you're cooking in this video? I'm pretty sure it can't be dogbane because we know it is toxic, but it isn't clear what you're cooking here and it would be nice to know so no one mistakenly eats dogbane thinking that's going on. Thanks!

  • I love Dogbane. I have an unorthadox way of gathering it from my local woods, because a lot of people gather it in Fall when the stalks turn brown, I prefere to gather it while green, and I like to do a little retting with the fibers for a few days, then I work the fibers into two-ply strings for my bows. Strong and reliable stuff, especially when the sinew is rare. Good video.
