@Lavos2007 the hook will rust on in a coupleweeks and a hook cant pucture the skull of a snaping turtle
-
@Lavos2007 I'm sorry to say but that is a fact, I didn't pull it out of thin air

@FauxxGraphix1 well, you Snapper Eaters/Killers are one reason the Alligator Snapper is now on the Endangered Species, Snappers become aggressive ONLY on land, where their not safe, in the water, snappers will completely ignore you and leave you alone if your swimmig among them, but when their on land, they cant just swim away from annoyances, their very slow on land which makes them easy prey for other animals that wouldnt hesitate to attack a slow defenseless turtle, so their defense is biting
-
@Littlenipper55 not true, please learn facts about turtles in particular Snappers, snappers have large enough tails that picking them up by the tail is much less harmful to them than doing the same thing to a box turtle
also "by the tail" is really the only safe way to a handle a wild snapper, most people are stupid and hold the sides of the shell by mistake, well, Snappers can bite about that far so if you wanna risk getting bitten, hold em by the shell, be warned, they are powerul turtles
-
@kbpuppy when its a snapper, you ALWAYS hold it by the tail, it doesnt actualyl harm the turtle, at least not snappers, maybe smaller turtles ith alot of weight and smaller tails, but if your holding a snapper nywhere BUT the tail, you are sriously risking getting bit, you may not realize but Snappers have really far bite reach hold em from the side of the shell? BIG mistake, cus they can swing their head around and BITE just about that far
so play it safe or get hurt, your choice pal

@2212trinity yeah but tht leaves the hook in the mouth of the turtle which if it stys there cna cause much greater damage ya dumbass, their trying to remove the hook, not let the turtle die in the future because a hook lodged in its mouth punctured its brain when it bit something
-
omg. u could of killed the turtle if its backwards. it could die if its like that for a long time. also ur dirtying his shell in the mud.if ur not gonna clean the turtle than dont dirty it. i bet u cant even take urself a bath! jerks but nice vid, srry to make u feel bad but its the truth. it just breaks my heart when animals get hurt or injured. and i just finished watching the vid and u NEVER EVER hold a turtle by the tail .u can kill it!!! but im glad u let it free!!=) nice vid by the way =)
What do you don if the hook is in the mouth
