http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - I conduct a 3-hour Cutting Edge Reaction, Quickness, and Agility Basketball Clinic series across the country every spring and fall. In the last several weeks I have run clinics in Wisconsin, Maryland, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Virginia, Iowa and Canada. A good friend of mine, Rick Allison of LoneStar Basketball Academy, filmed several of my drills with a high speed camera (thus making the clips in slow motion). It is fascinating to watch game speed drills done in slow motion! Pay close to attention to the players' feet during each drill.

  • Legit camera! Very interesting to watch the body at work. Thanks for sharing Coach Stein.

  • @jesuswalks12 I don't have any summer camps myself, but I work several. However I do offer a ton of valuable resources in my online shop. I will send you a message with the info!

  • @thenextprototype Taking that "false step" or "plyo step" is more than fine. Actually it is necessary for generating a really explosive movement. If you step forward first it will probably be a very weak step!
