Intro from the 1998 PC video game "Fallout 2."
The older Fallout series is currently being sold online for $5.99 (USD) each as DRM free downloads complete with bonus materials at "Good Old Games" (gog.com). These and all their games are XP and Vista compatible with nearly all their catalog working on Win 7 as well.

@gulc especially with a black screen and a scream coming after the minigun firing, it does make the whole thing rather shocking.

@portapottymouth Considering not just their plan but also how deadly their armor was (compared to Fallout 3 version, which were inferior versions of the armor) they would be the kind that would blow you away in just one shot, two if you were lucky.
