Tutorial: Visual-Kei/J-Rock Inspired Make-up

EYEBROWS: Their eyebrows are usually lower than the usual eyebrow, so after you've covered your regular eyebrow, draw it lower and only halfway.
I didn't show it because I didn't cover up my eyebrow well enough. Sorry.

I hid my old tutorial because I didn't like it anymore and made a new one :)
