I'm due to be staying at the temple from Wednesday (this week) and will be there until December. Here is where...

@minupuppy you can accept hinduism its a very open and accepting religion besides unlike Jesus Krishna will never tell you "pray only me otherwise you will goto hell" Krishna allows you to pray to Jesus and whoever you want. Hinduism wont send you to hell for divorce, homosexuality, eating meat on friday, praying to other gods and so on.

Yes we are all souls. If anything, women are more honoured because all souls are female (prakriti) in relation to Krsna (purusa). And Sri Radha, Krsna's consort, is honoured more than Krsna Himself. If you encounter any sexist behavior is is only due to conditioned souls misinterpreting the religion for their own benefit so just ignore it.

quite positive...they are equal in the eyes of God(Krishna) same as men...we are spirit souls and the body is only a temporary garment whether male or female...that's why it doesn't matter what sex, age, nationality, etc...these are distinctions given by people and it's not a natural thing...Krishna consciousness focuses mainly on the Devotion to God, chanting, feasting, dancing, etc...is the greatest thing you can do foryourself to reestablish that relationship with God (Krishna) again...

i have always never had a religion and i am so confused but I found that hinduism is a religion that includes my beliefs, and since krishna is a part of hinduism i was looking into it but i want to know what is the krishna outlook on women? because if i'm going to accept a religion I want something that will accept me. But it's weird because i accept most christianity stuff as history and i still celebrate christmas and easter but only because it's history, and also because i like giving gifts.
