Dr. Raymond Richard Neutra,MD, PhD., MPH is a former public health official with the California State Health Department who offers health and safety advice to teenagers and young children about safer use of cellular phones. In this this fast paced video. Dr. Neutra, who is an international expert in electromagnetic field science and health, compares how to use cell phones properly to limit risk and protect health to learning how to drive a car safely. Teens are in the drivers seat! They need to take personal responsibility by adopting some simple practices to avoid potentially developing a brain tumor, neurological disease or be unable to have children later in life. Texting or talking while driving is another high risk activity that teens should not do. For more information, go to www.icems.eu., the website for the International Commission for Electromagnetic Safety.
