I don't see anything wrong with this. They took a great song and played it in their style. The Pumpkins aren't a cover band, no need to expect a note for note rendition.

IMHO, Corgan is a fantastic musician, but not as great a vocalist as e.g. Bono because his range is much smaller and he cannot use his falsetto. But nevertheless, I think this is a very nice cover with a good build-up of tension and yet a slightly quiet performance.
