I would love to see a documentary of the Quakes as well. Maybe when they get a new stadium and they are taken seriously by the rest of the league/MLS fans.

Thanks much. I think other teams and fans take the Quakes very seriously, as warranted. Would have to adjust to all the sun shooting down there relative to Seattle.

Maybe just say "First Game of 2012: Champions League Quarterfinals 1st Leg" OR just put "MLS Season Opener: vs Toronto FC" before the Toronto game

I understand exactly what you're saying. And it makes sense in terms of helping non-fans understand. But as a passionate Sounders fan, something like that bugs me, and Im sure if will bug others too. There has to be another way to convey the message without giving false information (saying the Santos game was the season opener).

Oh okay I see, well if you do ever decide to do another soccer film I hope its about the Earthquakes :) or the hard core 1906 Ultras during th games! This was greatly filmed.

Would love to if the option were there. For me, I am a fan of the sport first, but even more so, I want to convey something. If I were doing another film on a soccer team, it would deserve its own approach, and I would seek to take it further in different ways. I have a lot of ideas for techniques and things to reveal that weren't addressed in the Sounders film, which is, itself, a moment in time, like the team and its composition, that will never exist again. Part of the beauty of it.
