what I think you don't understand mister superman, is that if there were not these men and women signing up and fighting in our countries name, there would in fact be a draft. I have a terrible time believe you ever served in our military. If so what branch, rank and MOS did you serve. It doesn't matter that these men are fighting to defend our country or invading Iraq/Afghanistan, nonetheless they are fighting for us and our country. i wanted to just say thank you for including the coast guard in your tag. too many people don't recognize the USCG as a member of the armed forces because we aren't combat oriented. Thank You.

I'm sorry I don't usually post about things like this, but we cannot refuse a deployment. I'm not sure where you got your information but maybe you're listening to the wrong people. As far as this video...it's a very nice post. Thank you from those of us who have served, are serving, and are yet to serve. We do it for different reasons but we all seem to have one underlying theme. Patriotism. I'm am proud to have served with many men and women at FOB Kalsu, Iraq.

@IAMZOMBII actually iamzombii under obama yes you can refuse deployment but the higher ups wont ever tell you or will deny this. you should look into it
