Halloween Sex Offender Compliance Checks

The chances of children encountering a sex offender could be one of the scariest things a parent faces. So, this Halloween, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Department made a series of compliance checks making sure those registered were not in violation.

this is just scare-mongering by the media, there is not one recorded case where a registered sex offender has harmed a trick-or-treater which makes sense since about 5% re-offend according to legitimate sources, the media lies
