The title of this song is "Stjarna" and nothing else (although "Nothing" is a really nice song to =) There is no swedish letter ä involved. The swedish word for star is Stjärna (im from sweden so i ought to know =)

@mogilnyfirefly Thanks for posting, I read some minutes ago that this song originally came out with this title, like you said. But I prefer to leave the title like this, it respects your language. Don't you think? And of course I agree about "Nothing".
