yesh, im finally posting a new video after countless hours of toiling (and many more hours of procrastinating ^^') on it! ive spent what seems like forever perfecting timing (a clip is still wayy too long), effects, masking, dialogue, disappearing clips (theres still one missing), and dealing with wrong video files and uploads, and the final product is this (not so great ^^') video! i know that the masking is pretty sucky, but bear with me!! (i shortened the song a little too) anyways, hopefully ill be posting more with the break and more (no promises though!), so look forward to that!! =D

How did you layer some of those scenes it? Like the one where Duck is dancing as a duck, but without the background. I want to know how to do that!

there's 2 ways you can layer: masking or chroma keyer. masking is cleaner, and looks much nicer, but you have to trace the outline of every clip, every time it moves. chroma keyer is what i used for her dancing, and you just pick a color to get rid of for that. it only really works when the background is one color.

I have that program. I think I found instructions for the mask, but what about the chroma keyer?

for chroma keyer, go to video FX and scroll down the menu on the side til you see chroma keyer. after that, you can just pick a color to key out, and then anything thats that color will be transparent in your video.
