Jeremiah: America in Bible Prophecy

Jeremiah the prophet was called by God to prophesy to the nations. At that time, it was to the people of JerUSAlem in which God had chosen to represent Him to the world.
Because they turned their backs on God and did not repented of their wicked ways, God destroyed them with fire.

Today, another nation chosen by God to represent Him to the world, also decided to turn their backs on God. The nation is called USA. Will this nation, repent before its too late?

i understand the video and it does make a good point. But what about Europe?they are just as bad as the U.S. even their promiscuity rate is much higher than us. But followers if God swear that it america is destined for ruin (which I'm not doubting) but i feel this world has fault with following God and his scriptures

@LaraCgurl Europe never claimed to be a Christian nation as America claimed, therefore America will be held at a higher standard for using the name of Christ, but turning to all kinds of devils.

The NIV? You're not a KJV only guy are you? If so, that explains a lot. The Bible says that the return of the Lord was to be near, soon, shortly, and about to take place in ALL translations. Why do you reject God's inspired Word?

1000 translation of one language for one Holy Word in which all translations contradict the others in one way shape or form?

Romania only has one, why does the English world need hundreds?

@david1057 Easy, there is lots of money in translating the Bible.  If you wait too long copyright expires and it becomes open domain. And that is just the "standard ones". The funny thing is that all of the major translations are pretty well the same in that they tell the same story.

@thelordsfieldhand I agree that the Bride of Jesus Christ and the nations are not the same thing. The Bride of Jesus Christ is the "new Jerusalem" which is made of believers who have repented from following the dictates of their own heart and have turned back to God. The christians who refuse to do so are Babylon. The outside world is going to be able to distinguish a true follower of Jesus Christ versus those who just give Him lip service. The outside world is going to come to God.

@Exentine Christians believe the false teaching of the rapture because they listen to false teachers who do not have the Spirit of God and interpret the scriptures through their carnal mind instead of the Spirit of God. The bible is written to God's people Israel, OT and NT. Christians are Israel, but you can't convince the average christian of that because if they believed that, they would have to admit that they have gravely sinned against God and must repent for their disobedience.

@david1057 Mystery Babylon is NOT American. It is the whoring church itself. She has committed adultery with the images of her false gods. For every Christian there is a different "image" of who God is and that is because no one truly knows Him. He called His people Jerusalem and Israel. That is who the seed of Abraham is: Israel. If you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed through faith, thus making you Israel. The prophets are speaking to Christians. It is we who must repent.
