Yes, there are two bolts per side. One for the mount and one for the clamp. Easy ten minute job.

Just bought the 08 Bonni,th Tors sound great do you reccomend them?

Yes the TOR's sound nice and throaty, without being obnoxious. They also get a bit louder with use. I like 'em!
